an endeavor of material culture founded by caroline borucki. in her youth, confidence came primarily through the way she redesigned secondhand items to wear. this curation of goods was provoked by a sensitivity to textiles, a desire for resourcefulness and a compulsion fueled by consumer culture. the everlasting collecting of textiles became focused on woven materiality after pursuing a bachelor of arts in apparel design at dominican university [illinois]. since 2009, maintaining a small batch output has been at the forefront-- along with fair labor practices, as demand for one-of-a-kind goods increases.
